today i started to watch the little mermaid.
it was an impulse buy. i had to get it.
its a classic and a favorite.
when i turned it on i felt like i was 6 years old again.
completely captured by ariel's beauty and the spectacular life she leads.
i was completely in awe. jealous really.
for those few moments i wanted to be ariel.
i mean seriously who wouldnt?
that gorgeous hair that floats perfectly.
those big beautiful eyes.
and ridiculous voice.
today i spent approximately 83 minutes being a little girl.
being captivated by a cool, pretty 16 year old who is a mermaid under the sea.
that was my favorite thing about this weekend.
