she sleeps in his t-shirts. cutest.
she takes her oatmeal with 6 blueberries and 3 drops of lemon juice. most anal.
he takes his bread toasted 1.5 times. i never get the .5 right.
he hand washes the dishes then puts it in the dishwasher, so the dishwasher doesn't have to work too hard.
he steals brownies when he thinks i'm not watching.
their wrinkles are beautiful and showcase the love and encouragement and prayers they've poured out over the years.
now bed-ridden with illness, she cries out in agony for Jesus to save her.
we pray over her.
we hold hands and read scripture.
he sees his beloved in pain and can't do a thing about it.
he cries on her behalf.
he prays for her.
powerful prayers, beautiful prayers.
they both overflow with love. so much love.
for one another, for family, for church family, for friends, for in home nurses, for anyone they meet, for anyone they see.
they love so well.
in the midst of immense suffering, we rely on the Great Physician.
we rely on a moment by moment basis. in this moment that He would carry us through to the next. and in that moment that He would carry us through to the next.
we praise Him for being our strength in weakness.
the beauty of it is that we still claim Jesus is good. we see Him work and move and sustain. we see Him pour comfort and blessing and love out on us, on her.
we, who deserve none other than His wrath. we see His grace and mercy abound all the more.
and our lips praise His Holy name.
